The Men Who Stare at Goats is a comedy war film about a reporter Bob Wilson (played by Ewan McGregor) in Iraq who chances upon a special forces operator Lyn Cassady (George Clooney) who claims to be a former member of the U.S. Army’s First Earth Battalion, a unit that employs paranormal powers in their missions.

It seems like this lucky stumble may mean makes Bob Wilson’s big break in reporting and the pair embark on their new mission where Lyn reveals more about his bizarre activities whilst involved in the psychic military unit including staring at goats to stop their hearts.

This film also stars Jeff Bridges and Kevin Spacey and is based on the book of the same title by Jon Ronson.

Bizarre and edging on silly, this film is bound to deliver the loudest laughs yet also serious thought-provoking material.
